Whenever you strike an enemy's head with a left or right swing from a weapon that does cut damage, and your blow is a fatal one, there's a chance their head will be cut off. The Dismemberment mod for Bannerlord does just what it says.
I mean, it will literally get you a headbecause it lets you chop off people's heads in battle.
